House hunting in Vancouver is exalting to say the lest, with a less then 1% vacancy rate and school just around the corner its almost impossible to find anything worthy in late August or early September. I have gotten suggestions from friends and family that I should just rent a motel for a month and wait till December when the renting rush is over and done with.
